How to Rent Baby Equipment
Renting baby equipment from Tropical Tots Rentals is a simple process. Browse our wide selection of cribs, car seats, toys, and more. Select the items you need and the rental duration. Complete the booking form with your details and delivery information. Relax and enjoy your family trip knowing that we've got you covered with all the necessary baby gear.
How Does Payment Work?
Payments can be collected at any time prior to or during the rental period. We follow a high-trust payment policy and require full payment to be completed at least 24 hours before departure. Cash, Paypal, or Venmo Only
Delivery and Pickup Services
We offer convenient delivery and pickup services to your specified location in Samara and the surrounding areas. An additional $10-$30 will be charged for families staying outside of Samara, depending on distance. We ensure timely drop-off and collection of the rented baby equipment, making your travel experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on creating unforgettable family memories.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
We expect all equipment to be returned in good working condition. The renter is accountable for any loss or theft of rental items and agrees to cover the costs for any necessary replacements (remember, things are considerably more expensive here!)
All products must be returned with their parts and accessories intact and in proper working order. Any excessive damage (including stains from food and/or drink) beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at the renter's expense. If we receive equipment that is no longer usable, additional fees will apply on top of the rental fee. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any damage so that you will not be charged for the rental days of the damaged equipment.

Quality and Safety Standards

Rest assured that your child will be using top-quality, clean, and well-maintained gear during your vacation in Costa Rica.
Cancellation Policy
For orders cancelled 21 or more days before the scheduled delivery date, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations between 14-20 days, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations between 7-13 days, a 25% refund will be issued. Orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to the delivery date are non-refundable.
